Flexible working hours
Full-time with us is a 35-hour week. You can organise your working hours in the way that suits you best.
Autonomous working
You can work autonomously. Either at the agency or remotely from home. You decide when and where you work with regard to your projects and your team.
Education & training
We offer all career starters a combination of self-study and their own projects. We make sure that these are tailored to your learning progress. When it comes to further training, we also look together at what will help you progress.
Health
Our office equipment consists of height-adjustable desks and ergonomic chairs. At our Darmstadt location, you can also opt for a physiotherapy massage every fortnight.
30 days (+1) holiday
With us, you will receive 30 days’ holiday for your full-time relaxation. We also give you an extra day on top for your birthday.
